Know what happens if plans change

If we cannot fulfill your paid service request, we refund your payment in full. If a technician attends and an internal inspection finds your tire cannot be repaired, the inspection visit costs $99 and the repair balance is refunded. An attended same-day fee can also remain payable. Read the service and refund terms.

Questions before you book

• Can you help me choose the service? Yes. Tell us what happened or what you want changed. We can help with tire size, service choice, and scheduling.
• Can I keep working during the visit? The service comes to your parked car at home or work. Arrange vehicle access and a suitable work area with us before the visit.
• Do I pay extra just to have someone come out? The scheduled repair and seasonal prices include the visit. New-tire installation shows one visit charge plus fitting per tire. Your total is shown before payment.
• Does booking confirm the arrival time? We use your selected availability to arrange the visit and confirm the technician and window separately.
• Who do I contact after booking? HopTire. Reply to your confirmation or email support@hoptire.com.
• Will you fit new tires I bought somewhere else? Our new-tire replacement service supplies the tires and the installation together. Seasonal changeover of your stored set is available separately.
