Who this covers

This policy covers information collected by HopTire through this site and the booking flow. Contact support@hoptire.com with privacy questions.

What we collect

To prepare your service request and arrange a visit, we collect what you give us: your vehicle details, tire information, service address, contact details, and appointment preferences. Stripe processes card payments through its hosted checkout. We keep payment references and payment status with your request.

When you press Continue on the name and mobile number step, we save those details with your ZIP code and service choice. We can use them to help you complete that service request if you leave before checkout. This is not a confirmed booking and does not opt you into SMS or marketing. Other unfinished answers stay in your browser until you submit the request. Contact details stay out of analytics events and session recordings.

Why we collect it

We use this information to calculate your customer total, check the service scope and tire fit, match your request to a local partner, arrange the visit, and contact you about it. We do not use it to build an advertising profile beyond what is needed to run this service.

Who sees it

The provider arranging your visit sees what they need to complete the job: your address, vehicle, and appointment details. We do not sell your information to third parties.

HopTire text messages and consent

If you choose to receive HopTire SMS messages, they concern your tire service request: quotes, confirmations, scheduling, service updates, and replies to your questions. This consent does not cover marketing or promotional texts.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of submitting a service request. Giving us a mobile number or accepting the booking terms does not, by itself, give SMS consent. You can use email for service questions and updates without opting in to texts.

Message frequency varies with your request and your replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For help without text messaging, email support@hoptire.com or use the routes on our Contact page. See the SMS terms.

We use mobile numbers, message records, and opt-in and opt-out records to provide requested service messages and respect your choices. No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent this information. We do not transfer your SMS consent to local partners or other businesses for their own messaging programs.

Providers that process messages on our behalf may handle the information needed to deliver messages and honor opt-outs. They may use it only to provide that service to us. This limited processing does not permit marketing use or transfer consent to a provider. Sharing the service details needed to complete a tire job does not include sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for a partner's own messages.

How long we keep it

We keep request and booking records for as long as needed to support your service history and resolve any follow-up questions, and as required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law.

Your choices

You can contact us at Contact to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to any records we are required to keep.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our service and data practices change. The version in effect is the one posted at the time of your request.

What we do not claim

We do not claim our own vans, employed technicians, certifications, insurance coverage of our own, a network of signed partners, customer reviews, or an operating history. We are a new company that arranges each job with a local partner.
