What to include
If your message is about an existing request, include the address and date you booked so we can find it quickly. If you are reporting a problem from a completed visit, tell us what happened and when; we follow up directly since we stay your single point of contact for the job, not the provider who performed it.
What we do not do
We do not staff a walk-in office or showroom; all contact is by email or phone. We also do not publish the identities of the local providers we arrange jobs with, so please do not ask us to connect you with them directly outside of a scheduled visit.

- How fast do you respond? We reply during the stated hours above, once they are set; urgent same-day requests should go through the booking flow first, since that reaches scheduling faster than a general contact message.
- Can I cancel by replying to my confirmation email? Yes, or use the link in that email; see Cancellation for the policy.
- Is there a way to reach the technician directly? Contact details for your specific appointment are shared as the visit approaches; general provider identities are not published.
What we do not claim
We do not claim our own vans, employed technicians, certifications, insurance coverage of our own, a network of signed partners, customer reviews, or an operating history. We are a new company that arranges each job with a local partner.
