Start with the tire

What do you need?

How many tires?

No account needed.

A punctured tire is a small job with a wide price range, because almost nobody will tell you the number until you have handed over your name, your phone number and your address.

We measured eleven national tire services on 2026-09-20. One of them publishes a repair price. The rest make you ask.

The national services, and what they publish

National service Published repair price Where the number appears
HopTire $145 first tire, $50 each after Before any contact, on this page
GoMobile Tires $175 Step 3 of 5, after vehicle and service selection

$145 is the lowest published repair price of any national mobile tire service, and it is the only one you can see without giving anyone your phone number. GoMobile's $175 is $30 more and appears three steps into a booking flow.

What you actually pay

First tire $145
Each additional tire, same visit $50
Call-out $0 — it is inside the price above
Tax included

Two tires is $195, not $290, because the travel is already paid for. Four is $295.

If the tire turns out not to be repairable, the inspection time is charged and the repair work is not. Replacement is a separate price and a separate decision, and it needs your approval before anyone touches the car.

What that buys against a shop

A shop repair is cheaper on paper — roughly $20 to $50 — and requires a drivable car, a spare that gets you there, and an afternoon. The difference is the drive, the wait, and the second trip. If the car is already at a shop, use the shop.

Tire mounting and balancing cost

Different job. Mounting and balancing is fitting a tire you already own to a wheel: commonly $15 to $45 a tire at a shop, more for large or low-profile wheels or a TPMS relearn. Mobile, the national services we measured charge $162 to $292 for four tires, with GoMobile at $259, Zohr at $260 and Tread Connection at $252.

That is a different service from repair, and repair pricing does not include a new tire. See what mobile tire replacement costs.

What moves the price

  • Whether the damage is repairable. Sidewall punctures have no price because nobody should repair them. See what can be repaired.
  • How many tires. $50 each after the first.
  • Run-flats. Fewer qualify and the inspection is stricter.
  • Same-day. A visit inside a few hours is a request with its own fee.
  • Where the car is parked. A legal, level, paved spot with room around the car is what makes the visit possible.

What never moves it

The brand of tire. The time of day, inside normal hours. Whether you bought the tire from us. Your ZIP — the price is the same in all fifty states.

Questions people ask

  • How much does it cost to patch a tire? The patch costs a few dollars. What you pay for is labour, equipment and the drive, which is why the same patch is $20 at a shop and $145 in your driveway.
  • Is $145 the whole price? Yes. No call-out is added afterwards and tax is in it.
  • Do you charge if the tire cannot be repaired? The inspection is charged, the repair is not. You see the tire and hear why before anything else is decided.
  • What if I have two flats? $145 for the first, $50 for the second, in one visit.
  • Why do most services not publish a repair price? We cannot tell you their reasons, only what their pages do: of eleven national services read on 2026-09-20, ten show no repair price before you supply contact details.
