Same-day tire replacement is a request we confirm, not a promise we make

You need tires today. Here is exactly what happens when you ask: you tell us the size, the count, the address and the earliest time you can be there; we check whether the size is in local stock and whether a technician has a slot; we confirm the window and the price with you; then you pay. If we cannot do today, we say so and offer the first real window instead of an apology after a no-show.

What makes a same-day slot possible

• Your size is in stock nearby. Common passenger sizes usually are; staggered, run-flat and some EV sizes usually are not.
• A technician has a slot. In each metro we record how many confirmed providers show online scheduling on their own pages; the metro page states the number. Providers that schedule online can usually confirm faster than phone-only dispatch.
• The spot is ready. A level, paved, allowed space with the wheel-lock key at hand. A parking garage or a busy street can turn a same-day visit into a tomorrow visit.
• You are flexible on the hour. "Anytime before 6 pm" is easier to fill than "between 1 and 2".

What we will not do

We do not run a 24-hour dispatch, we do not send someone to a highway shoulder, and we do not change a spare as an emergency service. If your car is unsafe to drive, roadside assistance or a tow is the right call, and we say so.
