Before a provider is confirmed
You can cancel a request at no cost at any point before we confirm a provider for your visit. Nothing is owed at this stage.
After a provider is confirmed
Once a provider is confirmed for your appointment, cancelling requires at least [NOTICE WINDOW TO SET] notice before the scheduled visit. Cancelling with less notice than that may involve a charge, which will be described here once our provider agreements and payment system are finalized; we are not publishing a dollar figure until that is confirmed.
If the provider cannot complete the visit
If a confirmed provider cannot make the appointment or cannot complete the work once on site, that is not treated as a cancellation by you, and you owe nothing for the incomplete portion.
Refunds
Refunds apply only to payments that have actually been verified as received. Since checkout is currently a labeled preview and card payments are not yet enabled, no real payments are being collected today; this section will be completed with a concrete refund process once payments go live.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is treated as a change to your existing request rather than a cancellation, as long as it is requested with the same notice described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our provider agreements and payment capabilities change. The version in effect is the one posted at the time of your request.
What we do not claim
We do not claim our own vans, employed technicians, certifications, insurance coverage of our own, a network of signed partners, customer reviews, or an operating history. We are a new company that arranges each job with a local partner.
