How our pricing works

One number for your job. It covers the tires you chose, installation of every tire, the trip to your address, disposal, and any state fee. You see it before you commit. We confirm it with a provider slot before you pay. After that, the only way the number changes is if you agree to a change of scope.

What "confirmed before you pay" means

1. You describe the job and see a price. That is a priced request.
2. We arrange a local partner for your window. If we cannot, we tell you and nothing is charged.
3. We confirm the price and the window with you. Only then do you pay.
4. If the job on site is different from what you described (a different size, a damaged wheel), the technician stops, we agree the change with you, and only then does the price change.

What is never added later

No fuel surcharge, no "shop supplies", no disposal line that appears on the invoice, no service fee for booking online. If a line is not on the confirmed price, it does not exist.

What we do not publish

A rate card. We are a new service and have no completed jobs to base an average on; publishing one would be a guess dressed as a fact. The cost page shows public reference figures with sources and dates so you can judge our number against them.

Preview notice

Payments are not enabled yet. The checkout you see is a labeled preview so you can test the flow; nothing is charged, and no request placed in preview is a booking.

Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation until we confirm a provider slot. The window after confirmation, and how refunds are processed, are set out on the cancellation page. Refunds are issued only after a verified payment exists.

• You pay only after the price and your booking are confirmed.
