Start with the tire

What do you need?

How many tires?

On the sidewall, or the sticker in the driver door jamb. Copy it exactly.

No account, no callback. The next screen asks about your car, then shows the price.

If you already bought tires, whether online, at a retailer, or from a private sale, we can send a technician to mount and balance them on your vehicle without you driving anywhere. This page explains what is different about this scope compared with our standard replacement, where we supply the tires.

Is this available where I am?

This scope is not available in every metro yet. It is not turned on in every metro yet. Enter your ZIP and vehicle details in the request form and we will tell you immediately whether we can book it for you, or whether it is not yet available in your area.

What changes when you supply the tires

  • No tire supply. We do not sell or source the tires for this scope. You provide the tires, mounted or loose, and we bring the labor and equipment.
  • We inspect what you bought before we mount it. A technician checks that the tires match your vehicle's required size and load rating, and looks for shipping damage, sidewall defects, or age that would make the tire unsafe to mount. If a tire fails this check, we will not mount it, and we will tell you why.
  • No warranty on the tire itself. Any warranty on the tire comes from the manufacturer or the seller you bought it from, not from us. Our part of the job, the mounting and balancing workmanship, is covered the same way it is on a standard job.
  • You handle any tire-purchase disputes separately. If the tires arrive wrong, damaged, or the wrong size, that is between you and the seller. We can tell you what we observed, but we cannot resolve a purchase issue on the seller's behalf.

What stays the same

The rest of the visit works like our standard replacement: you tell us the vehicle and where it will be, we confirm a price for the labor before you commit, and the technician mounts, balances, sets tire pressure, and disposes of your old tires unless you ask to keep them.

What we do not do

We do not sell used tires, install tires that fail our safety inspection, or accept tires that do not match the size or load rating your vehicle requires. We do not service commercial trucks, trailers, or fleets under this scope.

Buying the right tires before we arrive

If you have not ordered tires yet, our guide to buying tires online for mobile installation covers what to check before you order, including size and load rating.

Questions people ask {#faq}

  • Can you help me pick the right tire size? Yes, see Find your tire size; we also confirm fitment before the visit.
  • What if my tires fail the inspection on site? We tell you what we found and do not mount an unsafe tire. You still owe nothing for tires we refuse to install.
  • Do you install run-flat or EV-rated tires I bought myself? In many cases yes; see EV and run-flat tires for what changes.
  • Is this cheaper than your standard replacement? We do not publish a price comparison here; the labor price depends on your vehicle and location and is confirmed before you pay either way.

How the price works

One all-in number for this scope: installation per tire, travel or call-out, disposal and any state fee, plus the tires when we supply them. Shown before you commit, confirmed before you pay. No range on this page is our price; the cost page explains the mechanics with sources and dates.

Why book this way

  • Your price online in minutes. No callback, no estimate visit, no waiting for someone to get back to you. Typically the quickest way to book this service.
  • One all-in price before any contact. Of the national mobile tire services we read, only Tire Rack publishes an installation price; the others quote after you contact them or reach checkout (read 2026-09-16 and 2026-09-17).
  • One point of contact from your request to the finished job. We work with a local partner and answer for the result.
  • You pay only after the price and your booking are confirmed.
